Wondering about what this job is all about? Read the different features, skills, and other information about this Ragnarok character.

 

A Special feature

A beginning adventurer on his/her first journey. A Novice can obtain 9 basic skill levels by leveling up. These skills include essential features to play the game. One must train hard from the beginning to be able to change jobs.

Skill

LV1. Enables Trading with other characters by right clicking an the character.

LV2. Enables expression of emotions using 'Alt + number' keys.

LV3. Enables player to sit using the Insert key.

LV4. Enables ability to make a chatroom (Alt+C).

LV5. Enables the player to join parties.

LV6. Enables the player to use the Kafra Storage, available through the town NPCs.

LV7. Enables the player to organize a party. Instructions: /organize[partyname]

LV8. Enables judgement of others using the Alignment System (currently not implemented)

LV9. Enables the player to change to the first job class.

Special Skill The 'First Aid' and 'Play Dead' skills are only available to those that put their effort into it. They are additional skills that can be obtained through different quests. Try searching for the hidden Novice skills. You should be able to find some help in the city of Prontera.

First Aid Skill that allows the restoration of 5 HP using 3 SP. You can get this skill at Novice level 5. Available to all jobs.

Play Dead Skill that allows you to pretend as if you were dead. The monster no longer attacks. It is very useful at the beginning of the journey Can't use after changing jobs.
