You can change jobs to a Crusader in the Capital City of Prontera. Apply to the Crusader Leader inside the Central Palace. When applying, you need specific items, so don't forget to bring those. The test goes through Prontera Bottom Dungeon -> Prontera Sanctuary -> Prontera Main Castle 2nd Floor, and once you are done with the physical and written tests, you will be able to change jobs to a Crusader. The test assesses devotion and perseverance. Requirements are Job Lv 40 or higher.
