It may be hard to get a perfect High Wizard in Ragnarok, so here’s an easy tip to do it:

• First, get thunder storm as soon as you can (get level 5 thunder bolt).
• Go to Ant Hell and use Thunder Storm on the eggs. 
• Put every point on INT and spend your skill points on getting Frost Driver.
• When you are at level 30+ use Frost Driver on andres, pierres,etc. When they're frozen, use thunder bolt to kill them.
• Once you get to skill level 50, distribute your points however you want and turn into a wizard.
• Once you're a wizard, go to ice dungeon 1 and kill those monster that looks like little balls of snow using your Thunder Bolt until you're at level 99/50.
• Then, be a novice again. Repeat the process.

You're going to end up with a perfect wizard for WoE and PvP.  Hope this free Ragnarok tip helped! :)
